Core & Conditioning

A total body workout of low impact, moderate intensity exercise. Ideal if you are looking to develop and maintain your core stability and strength.  

This class is suitable for most people, including beginners, and there are always plenty of options so you can work at your own level.

Monday 6.00pm Online

Wednesday 6.00pm at St John’s Old Trafford

Cardio HIIT

This session is a high energy, high intensity, interval training workout, ideal if you are looking to boost your cardio fitness.

The class is suitable for people with some experience and there are always plenty of options so you are in charge of how much impact you can take.

Friday 8.15am Online

Gentle/Chair Circuit

Another total body workout, this one is all low impact, low intensity moves and includes both seated and standing options.

It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities and is ideal if you are looking for a safe way to develop and maintain your fitness and make new friends.

Thursday 2.30pm at St John’s Old Trafford
